My Top 10 Beauty Must Haves

Lately I have been switching up my beauty routine as far as what products and brands I'm using and I think I've finally found a regimen that I love!

Being a college student with early classes and loving every minute of sleep I can get I wanted to find something that gave me a nice complexion without having to full contour my face everyday. I was so excited when Bare Minerals came out with this amazing product called Complexion Rescue!! It is absolutely amazing, I definitely recommend just going to Ulta and trying it. Basically it is a tinted hydrating cream, it doesn't have too much of a color to it, which I love, it just gives a nice tint and this awesome dewy look to the face (Can I wear it all over my skin?) The other thing I love is that it also doubles as a moisturizer, two birds with one stone lol, I've been wearing it now for a week and I can definitely tell an improvement in the overall appearance of my face!

Next is the Bobbi Brown stick foundation! I love this so much, it is a little more thicker and I usually prefer this for when I'm going somewhere other than class. It is super lightweight and contours really nicely. I use a stippling brush, or Face Sponge from Ulta to spread across my whole face. 

I have naturally long eyelashes but I've been using this mascara for a few years and I absolutely refuse to wear anything else. I get so many compliments on my eyelashes (which by the way is such weird compliment to accept) Its from Mary Kay and is called Lash Love and it does wonders, some of my friends have even switched to it from more expensive name brands. It's only $15 so super affordable!

Finally, this China Glaze nail polish such a good spring color, the Victorias Secret self tanner is one of my faves, so I don't look pasty with some of my spring dresses lol, Ralph Lauren Polo #1 fragrance (a woman must always smell good), Eos chap-stick (dry cracky lips are so not cute), and of course a cute hair tie that doubles as a cute bracelet.

Pink makes Mondays a little less drab and a little more fab!

I wore this for running some errands today, I love simple dresses with vests. This one is super fun and flirty, plus who doesn't love to dress up girly, then the vest adds just a touch of edgy. Love it!!!

Spring Fever

I am loving simple little baby doll dresses for spring they are so easy to throw on and go, and they're so comfy! I also love denim jackets for the cooler spring days. For the more simple dresses I like to go all out with the accessories to dress the outfit up more and give it more color!!

Lush Bath Bombs

So I'm not sure what girl doesn't love a good bubble bath, but recently I've bee hearing about these Lush bath bombs that looked totally amazing. Luckily I have an amazing best friend who went to one of the Lush stores in San Antonio and she bought me one to try out!!
She got me the one called Flower Power...and OMG it was so cool!! I threw it into my bath tub and it fizzed and sparkled and ended up turning my whole bath a light pink with little heart things throughout the water. The coolest part was that I had my water super hot so at one point the steam rising from the water was even pink, pretty neat!
Other than that I definitely want to try them again, my bathroom smelled so good while I was in the bath and afterwards my skin was super soft, I even smelled better lol

Anyways if y'all have tried any and have recommendations let me know I'm eager to try another one next!!

Shades of Blue

So its January and the weather here in Texas went into the high 60's and low 70's CRAZY RIGHT!!! Anyways I though it would be the perfect time to jump outside enjoy the beautiful weather and show off some of my spring outfits that I'm crazy over, starting with the top!!! I am in love with the ombre blue, and I love how unique the sleeves are! (also makes it not so hot)

Going along with the patriotic theme I decided to throw on these gorgeous maroon pumps, they are my favorite thing in my closet right now!

Summer time...PLEASE HURRY

Okay so this is your cliche post about how ready I am for summer!! I mean I love winter, but look at that tan I miss it so much. Perks of being a lifeguard I can get a nice tan during the summer! Summertime is all about bright colors, and sunglasses. I love these polarized Ray Bans, if you have never owned some, I definitely recommend investing in some. The polarization makes everything so much clearer especially with the brutal Texas sun. Summer is also the perfect time for all the bright colors that make your tan look even darker. (Such as this white and neon orange shirt) Its so comfy yet still able to dress up! 

January BirchBox

This is the second BirchBox I have received, as if I wasn't already in love after the first, I'm so excited to try this months samples, especially the eyeshadow sample. It has some simple brown tones, and then two more shimmery brown tones. I usually don't do major eyeshadow so this is perfect simple yet still elegant and glamorous. TEADDICTION

Okay so it's safe to say I love all forms of caffeine but with 2015 I'm trying to be a little healthier and these teas are so perfect for that. They still have caffeine in them (depending on the tea) but I love that the ingredients are all natural. On each bag it lists the individual ingredients and when you open them up you can literally pick out each ingredient which is so cool, so I know exactly what is going into my body. I got the Beauty Blend (my favorite so far!), the Christmas Treat, and the Pink Blossom. They are all so good and they smell DIVINE!!

BIRCHBOX

I started off the 2015 by getting my first ever BirchBox and its safe to say...IM IN LOVE!!!
My first box came with so many great products, my favorite by far is the Yu-Be skin cream. Ive been putting a little on my lips everyday and holy crap this stuff works, my lips are so soft and plump its ridiculous, definitely going to be buying the full size!
